Kerri Lidman

Kerri Lidman is the Director of Administration. Kerri joined the firm with an extensive legal background to include legal operations at private law firms, worked with Zurich Insurance Company for in-house legal operations, was a National Legal Managing Consultant with Korn Ferry, and has worked as a National Director for Legal Resource Management. Kerri's background includes being a legal consultant and has worked with top AmLaw firms. She has been invited by legal organizations to speak nationally on a variety of topics to include, implementing process improvements, eradicating operational redundancies, and driving profits. Always looking to give back to the community Kerri has been active for decades with the Red Cross as a disaster action volunteer and has served at both national and regional disasters.

She has been very active with the Association of Legal Administrators and is active with her local Rotary club. Kerri has her Yellow Belt in Project Management and Process Improvement from the Legal Lean Institute. She is a magna cum laude graduate with her MBA from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia and holds her B.S. from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island in business management.
