Kara von Schnackenberg

Kara von Schnackenberg's practice focuses on the corporate and securities representation of financial institutions. Ms. von Schnackenberg represents clients on all matters related to mergers and acquisitions of publicly and privately held entities on both the sell-side and buy-side of the transactions. Her practice includes advising clients and their board of directors and investor groups on regulatory and transaction matters including corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and public company reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Fenimore Kay Harrison, Ms. von Schnackenberg practiced with a large international law firm.
